****not a DYNA !  e- BAY does’nt have FL in the models. ****  (only EL listed.)   no speedo, hence the zero miles above.  i’m guessing maybe 1500 miles since eng. rebuild.

i have had this bike along time. (may -1998)  i don’t get much time to ride anymore.  if you would like to have it here is your chance.  it is a complete CUSTOM.  this is not a restoration.  the frame is a 1948 to my knowledge & was told so when i bought it.  it is modified obviously. i don’t know the degree angles, etc..  the springer is 18″ inches over. the bike is 8′ 6″ long.  the eng is a 1948 also. (that is the vin # 48FL89##)

please ask ?’s .  i had the eng. rebuilt @ custom showbike in las vegas in 2004.  it sat in the garage 3 yrs. before i got time to put the bike back together, then i hardly have broken it in since then.  if it has 1500 miles i’d be suprized. no speedo. i have the eng. rebuilb sheet & all receipts.  it runs great.  jims hyd. lifters, keith black hyper eutectic pistons, etc..$3511.50 for the eng. rebuild.   $400.00 cycle electrics  6 v gen. w/ internal reg..  6 volt oem style batt..    

i have all the paperwork.  new brake shoes & cam & drum in the rear. has the old star 16″ rear wheel & front 21″.  heads are 1965 & have the upper oilers, rebuilt with engine.  

 air blast air horn can taped / zip tied to LH handlebar for horn. it gets the job done!  

 the trans. is a ratchet top ~ year 1957 ???  i am not sure? i had it rebuilt years ago with a new mainshaft.  the dumbass’s who worked on it before i got it stripped the mainshaft threads.  (reverse threads)!!

clear NV. title.   this is one kick bike.  that is of course after you have started it for the first time in the morning.  if you have no experience with old bikes you may want to come pick it up for a lesson on starting it.  just serious.  or wear yourself out figuring it out like i did years ago.  i gave 5k in 98 for this bike & it had been sitting in a garage for 15 years, it needed ALOT!

Up for sale is my Harley davidson  1948 panhead FL.. This auction is for a 1948 Panhead project that was the “someday” dream of a man that passed away before he was able to get it on the road. It has many rare original parts included (GUIDE lights – front and rear) as well as many powder coated black such as the frame and wheel hubs. The motor’s lower end and heads have been rebuilt . The transmission shifts thru the gears and has another mostly complete gear set included.. There are a few parts that are missing as indicated but at least 98% are present and it has a clear Title with it. There are also many duplicate parts as indicated on the lists below. If you would like additional pictures I will be happy to forward them to you at your request. If this motorcycle does not sell this week the price will be lowered $2500 each week until it finds a new owner. While I would prefer to exchange this bike for cash in person, I will do what ever is required to deliver this bike to wherever in the world the buyer lives, at his expense.
