 PICK-UP & SHIPPING DETAILS

Buyers may pick up at our showroom for no additional charge.

Buyer is responsible for all transport charges.
We ship from our showroom directly to your home or office.
Transport is available within the 48 Continental United States only.
We use fully enclosed trailers, and lock your bike down to a skid to prevent damage.
We also provide $15,000 in liability insurance at no additional charge.
The price of transport will vary depending on the destination, size, weight, etc.
Transport time-frame is set by the transport company.

We DO NOT offer shipping outside of the United States.
For international shipping, please contact a transport company of your choice.
 

CANADIAN SALES

We routinely sell bikes into Canada, and our staff is well versed in the requirements
and paperwork needed to allow you to take your new bike through customs.

OVERALL TERMS OF SALE

All motorcycle sales are final.
We do not cancel or back-out of any sale for any reason.

Buyers are responsible for dealer fee of an additional $299*

South Carolina residents must also pay the SC State Sales Tax and DMV fees.

Customers outside of SC will be given the paperwork needed to arrange
to pay tax and handle DMV registration in their own state.

If you choose to use our available financing, we are required by law to collect any
sales tax and/or DMV charges from the State where you register the bike.
Additional fees may apply.

Since we are a Dealer, all listings are subject to sale in our showroom prior to an
auction’s completion unless “Buy It Now” is used and the deposit is paid,
or the auction reaches a successful conclusion and full payment is made.

We reserve the right to end an auction at anytime.

We consider all bids to be binding.
We do not cancel bids, so please do your research before you bid.

We are not a wholesaler, and therefore we will not wholesale our bikes to anyone.
Other dealers are welcome to bid, however the $299 fee will still apply.

Every bike that we have for sale is free and clear of all liens, and we have clear title.
On RARE occasion, where a trade is concerned, the title may be in transit from
the previous owner or lien-holder.  We are happy to sell you these bikes, however
you will not be permitted to take possession of the vehicle until the title is delivered.

Buyer’s are responsible for checking with State and Local Laws to ensure that the bike
they purchase can be registered in the State where they live.

Please do not assume you will get 2 keys and an owner’s manual.
When we trade for bikes, some times we get these, sometimes not.
If we have these items, we are happy to give them to you.
